What to do if I want to order? Select a design that resembles what you would like for your own design. We can change anything from the colors, wording, photo style, and the fonts.Please remember, we cannot create your proof without your photos! You will receive a separate confirmation email of receipt of your photos during our regular business hours. Should you not receive this email within 12 hours, please email us at photos@announcingjackandjill.com Once i receive your information, you will receive a proof via email within 48-72 hours. I accept paypal through my website, if you do not not have a paypal account there is an option to pay without a paypal account, if you need help email us at customerservice@announcingjackandjill.com Is there a minimum order? There is no minimum order on photo cards order as many or as few as you need. There is a 24 card minimum when purchasing card stock. What size should my pictures be? We recommend that all photos be at least 1800x1200 pixels. We ask that all scanned photos be a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) or preferably 600 dpi. We ask this to ensure the best quality design for you! If you are unsure of how to find or adjust these specifics on your photos, please contact us and we will help you in any way that we can. We will also evaluate any photo free of charge before using it in your design. Are envelopes included? Yes, we include eco-friendly envelopes for each announcement. We also include 1 additional envelope for every order. How long will it take to receive my order? After we have received your final approval on the design, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order via USPS priority mail. Shipping is $6.00 on orders of 24 cards or less and $9.00 for 25 or more within the US and 19.95 to Canada. We offer free shipping to customers when they spend over $100. What methods of payment are accepted? We are able to accept all major credit cards through PayPal (which also allows for payment by e-check via your checking account, however please be prepared to wait a few additional days for the check to clear on our end. We cannot send an order to print until payment has cleared.) Keep in mind that you do not need an account with Paypal to make your credit card payment. Once your order goes to the PayPal screen to finalize payment, the order details will not all show up; but we assure you that your order confirmation from us will contain all details of your order. PayPal's payment page simply cannot display all details. |
